The Institute of Translation and Interpreting
The ITI, alongside the Institute of Linguists, is one of the two UK members of the Fédération International de Traduction (FIT), the world leading body for translation and interpreting, and is the primary professional association for translators and interpreters.
The ITI rigorously assesses its members, who fall into the categories of associate, member and fellow, and oversees the industry’s standards for quality, professional development and arbitration.
